UPDATED 2024 SAFETY BED RAIL DESIGN: Our bed rail has been updated to meet the stringent ASTM F3186-17 and CPSC Safety Standards for Adult Portable Bedrails. Specifically designed to assist the elderly and individuals with disabilities, limitations, or injuries, our bed rail ensures easy and unassisted bed access.

PORTABLE AND SMALL: Despite its small size, our latest bedrail is powerful, supporting up to 300 lbs weight capacity. With a handle width of 13”, it allows for minimal obstruction when entering and exiting the bed. It also provides excellent support and facilitates easy transfers to and from a walker or wheelchair.

SLIP-RESISTANT PADS & STABILIZER BARS FOR SAFETY: Our bed rail includes safety features such as a slip-resistant handle with foam padding, horizontal stabilizer bars, and floor-standing legs with rubber grips. These features aim to enhance safety and stability for all users.

UNIVERSAL ADJUSTABLE BED RAIL: Our product offers adjustable height and width settings to accommodate single, twin, full, queen, and king mattress sizes. It can be positioned on either side (right or left) of the bed. Please note that the bed rail is only compatible with mattresses measuring 6-18" in height and is suitable for low/platform beds with a clearance of more than 11” from floor to frame. It may not be suitable for use with most Sleep Number Beds or mattresses attached to their foundation.
