It is ideal for individuals with mobility issues, balance problems, or those at risk of falling out of bed.

Adjustable in Length: Prevents Falls: Adjust the guard railing from 20" to 30" to prevent falls out of bed. Supports up to 300 lbs: Gain confidence to get out of bed independently with the safety handle. Secures with Safety Strap: Compatible with most traditional bed types, simply slip the base between the mattress and the box spring, platform, or slats and secure with the strap.

Installation Guide: The Bedside Extend-A-Rail can be attached on either side of the bed without modifications. Ensure the rail is placed 12.5 inches from the head of the bed and flush with the mattress side.

The safety bed rail is suitable for most traditional beds with box springs or slats and should not be used on adjustable beds or those with extra soft mattresses. It can be used on mattresses ranging from Twin to California King with thickness between 8 to 15 inches.
